The Eight Sleep app is a free Android lifestyle application that requires an Eight Sleep Pod or Smart Bed. With advanced biometric tracking, dynamic temperature regulation, sleep coaching and smart home integrations, Eight Sleep products are equipped with the most advanced technology to optimize your rest.
Dynamic temperature regulation allows you to control the temperature of your bed, from 55 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit, to enjoy a cooler environment for deeper, longer and uninterrupted sleep. The smart temperature mode adjusts the temperature of your bed throughout the night for optimal sleep, powered by machine learning and biofeedback.
Advanced biometric tracking allows you to seamlessly monitor over a dozen physiological and environmental data points such as heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature in bed, light sleep, deep sleep, and REM sleep. The Eight Sleep AI-engine calculates your sleep fitness score and provides recommended Pod settings.
Smart home integrations allow you to integrate with any other Wi-Fi-enabled devices such as Alexa, Google Home, Philips Hue lights, or your Wemo coffee maker, etc.
